Hey guys! Got a recipe for you all.
This is my current favourite smoothie to have for breakfast.
Recipe:
1 banana - frozen or fresh
1 kiwifruit
1 chunk ginger
Handful spinach
1tbsp lime juice
3tsp liquid chlorophyll
1tbsp chia seeds
Water to blend
